Hey Batcher1.....ReVolt is a different company to the one cited originially.
Did you look at the pictures in the links provided? The machines are Soco's.
So its got everything to do with Vmoto as VMT has the global (ex China) distribution rights.
In terms of announcements perhaps the dealy by VMT is to do with a 'requirement' of a listed comapny to wait till the ink is dried on a detailed contract and their Indian partners went hard post an MOU or something like that.
