Yeah seems a bit strange..
Not a bad thing for expansion and ensuring no more dilution after this but the timing is a bit sus..
Plenty of money to wait out a couple of quarters of growth for a higher share price if a CR was even needed...
At least it's not at 10 cents, hope they raise at a premium to current SP...
