It is pretty clear that AHF needed the additional funding to build out their plans. I guess they wouldn't have raised the required funding without doing it at an attractive price. IMO this was necessary and it has the potential to result in growth. I will vote for the 2nd tranche of shares in the placement to be issued. GLTA
