Wouldn't be an issue if this company communicated important information so people could invest based on information. Sorry but in 90% of cases a 50/50 joint venture means equal cut of profit. Until this management do their job and release details is it not unrealistic to expect this JV is the same. Hence why i think it is a crap deal thus why the SP has dropped to this level. IMO FBR are paying heavily for access to BKW's customers. Which means nothing with 2 bloody machines!

They haven't released any financials of the JV and they haven't released any information at all about the rejected CAT deal... sorry but transparency is key to investor confidence.
