Altcoins do have some catching up to do, but this doesn't mean all alt coins will reach previous highs just because Bitcoin might. I'd be sticking to coins inside the top 10. Probably 95% of coins will eventually end up in the crypto graveyard. Stick to good coins with good fundamentals and spread your risk across a few as to not keep all eggs in one basket. My picks are, Bitcoin, litecoin, Bitcoin cash, dash and Monero. Good luck
