    Also noted is most of the institutional/investment funds these days, have advisors/analysts who have never witnessed "real" volatility. They have been bought up in a QE/ money print/ low rates environmemt. To be honest most intos now have no idea. The fact they wont buy FLC is encouraging in some ways.
