What does the TTY shambles do with regard to the 'special relationship' MK had with Noble Group?
I guess it doesn't matter all that much, they'll fulfill their contract obligations. They will probably take the IO regardless. They had payed in advance on ocassions to assist TTys cash flow...ummm.
