Great finish to a crappy day for CMR.

It wasn't looking too good after the announcement regarding the delay which is totally out of the control of management.

In my mind and I think in Mr Markets mind the fact that management made an announcement regarding the delay is a big improvement on past management's shareholder communications.

CMR has such a low market cap for so much upside that any dip from here is a gift. As Mr Buffett says he doesn't care about charts and gorms or whatever. If he new about CMR he would be buying right now and couldn't give a damn about the dow jones because eventually (and I think shortly) he would know that the sp is destined for a substantial re rating.
