update letter to shaeholders, page-12

I have just heard back from Centro and I have been told it will be Monday. There was no explanation for the delay.

Before sending off my 'upset' note (which I will have no hesitation in doing as promised if this drags out), I thought I would give them a chance to respond. Whilst this contradicts what I was told yesterday, I guess we will now have to wait and see if it materialises. At least they had the decency to get back to me with a response I guess.

As an aside, I have a feeling Investor Services (and maybe the lawyers) have been busy today. You will see that the documents posted at the 4shared website yesterday are now showing the message:

"This file is no longer available because of claim by Centro Investor Services."

In order to have found this link, they probably would have had to trawl through the postings in this forum. In doing so they would have got a sense for how frustrated shareholders are at the lack of delays from the company.

Let's hope they take note and move on the front foot next week.
