they said they’d aim to sell above 9.5 cents not necessarily that they’d do so off market. Was very odd, and an invitation to manipulate the price to the low end of their target price range, hence to SP grind. Would they have sold the block if the SP hadn’t spiked downwards on PLS’s guidance? Where will it settle now?
