    maybe Dathomir have realised they can get an easy $5.5m through this transaction. Maybe they realised that without giving AVZ the % there may be no progress towards finding. They still have a % so they are hedging their bets.

    also worth noting that its $5.5m US dollars, so the valuation is more than some are suggesting.
