Regarding Top 20 lists, AJM updates at the end of every month as well.
But the reason I was curious about
your list vs the company one is it seems yours names the entities held in various nominee accounts whereas the company doesn’t.
Your Top 20 says it was updated 30/04/19

I marked the ones where shareholding changed with red for reduction and green for increase.
We know for a fact Vanguard ...on your list 10,068,367 shares.... sold in the CSPA and afterwards on 28/05/19
We know for for a fact*
(*well actually my maths should always be checked) JRO sold 271,026,086 shares in May as well (see thumbnail )
(Total known large exits therefore 281,094,453?)
If both came out of HSBC 1 that leaves it with 27,351946 shares.
Which makes YOUR list, if it has been updated , kind of interesting .
-Mirae Asset Global Investments had 20+million shares on your list
-Lionergy almost 26 million
..And I am curious about Fosun, Black Rock and State Street holdings as well .???.particularly Fosun, which has a similar number of shares to Huicen Capital! a new top 20 holder as of 31 May according to AJM records .
