Even if B&P is making a profit, the debt WHA has to fund this acquisition will cancel out any profit.
This stock is in deep trouble. It’s debt levels are too high for a company with such tiny revenues.
Stranger thinks have happened though. look at ISX - barley $2M in revenue and market cap of $700M. Go figure
