The case is about who was responsible for originally pegging and obtaining the Muchea tenement which was subsequently transferred to Australian Silica
And following on, as a result of their performance or otherwise of the individuals concerned,who is entitled to own the shares in Australian Silica.
There is no dispute about the sale by Australian Silica of the Muchea tenements to VRX
SO ANY CONCERN OR UNCERTAINTY RE VRX OWNING THE LEASES IS NOW REMOVED.
While this was always thought to be the case,
it has now been totally clarified.
