2) Anticipated Capital Expenditure & Working Capital Needs.. 3.88 mill.
3) Estimated Costs of the Issue.. A whopping 0.37 mill.
And of course the directors reserve the right to vary the proposed use of funds to maximise the benefit to Shareholders.
