Will foreign invetors get shares in the divestment? How was it when Heron spun-out Ardea?
I remember the problem in the loyalty program but to don't get shares in such a "big" divestment would be a big disadvantage bacause a (probably) quite large drop in ARL stockprice when the shares get spun-out.
