    what is happening now, If SXP has good resource results before the merger, then LNC Will pay more for this dealIoffer), It is right??

    Oh, What will happen if found oil, or other resources with good qulity after merger, SXP Bad Lucky, It is right??

    I am still unconforatble with this deal?!
