Rent out in the west for a 3 fibro home is $300+/w.
I sold all of my holding in property in 2003 and now I figure it a good time.
Since the inflow of immigration out pace that of new home being built by 3:1.
So house will not fall as much from now on,we are not in the same scenarion as united of state.
My portfolio become 80% property now,because I think the share market will have further downside to come.
