(ASX: MSM) (MSMCI or the Company) ispleased to advise that it is in ongoing discussions regarding the licensing of theCompany’s extensively built Megastar online competition platform for use acrossother sectors and genres of the global mobile competition framework. This will beinitially focused around current partners and affiliates of the Riva Group’s Esportstalent identification. The licence is expected to be finalised by June 2019.

Less than a week to go MSM. Don't miss your deadline. This has been in progress for over 12 Months with RIVA. Would be really poor form to NOT keep us informed about the agreement that you released a timeframe on. Please also let us know when we will receive the US $500,000 payment which is due on 30th June 2019 as per MSM announcements.

Shareholders, keep the Board to their words. If they announce, then they must deliver or inform the Market as to why they have failed. Do NOT let this Board carry on like it did before in silence and treat their shareholders like we are a nuisance.
