hey Crazy !i think that maybe they should have stayed private a few more years as Ohm /energy monitoring is ahead of its time ....as for LIFX ..well if they take too much market share Philips can always mount a takeover to cement their position in the market....historically i don't think Phillips has ever like being anything but clear no.1 in its chosen products.....benspurgin may have called the game !
