Yes I agree Tony, it is only a matter of time, before MUN starts appreciating in price. With the FED leaving rates on hold, and maybe even lowering them again, we are back to the U.S dollar tanking, and most chasing precious metals and commoditties again.
The FED is in a no win situation, they cannot raise rates, as this would be a disaster for their already fragile economy, with house prices still coming down, and the credit crises only 40% of the way through. With Credit cards, Auto Finance, commercial properties to start imploding, soon.
Anyway MUN has a pedigree and we;ll credentialled management in place to make us shatreholders some decent money.
