FCC trades on the Vancouver exchange. If you want to exit, ring your broker - all have relationships with Vancouver brokers.
I am holding on as Glencore or the US government may fund the reopening of the refinery. Best NAmerican Cobalt play. FCC may even upset the Jervois (JRV.AX) take-over of eCobalt.
