IMO any offer from $300m or more should be seriously considered. That would solve the finance problem for our 50% of the SNE development over and above the JV funding and leave sufficient funds for our share of the next (2) wells in The Gambia and GB. It would probably leave us with sufficient funds until revenue commenced from SNE and no more dilution would be great! That should add about 5 cps to the share price which would be most welcome ATM.
I don't think a TO is realistic and in any event probably insufficient time to get that across the line before a result from the Arbitration.
