Even though a cap raise that doesn't involve us retail shareholders is diluting our respective holdings, I'm actually pleased that a placement to sophisticated investors gets the CR done and dusted almost immediately, and allows management to quickly resume its focus on growing the business, without solvency issues sitting in plain sight through the rear view mirror.

I've accumulated quite a few Dec 20 options in the last 15 or so months - with some as expensive as 20 cents - so, I want management to be fully focused right now on growing the business, without the 6 to 8 week distraction of a rights issue.
