If you run a Dictatorship , a la china , then obviously you can take the longer view and plan accordingly.
The biggest trouble with a petty 25million in Aus is that , you have all these weird little hegemonies , that cost Aus taxpayers over $ 9 billion a year ,to run their little states and , give me a break ,in 2008 , EVEN ...lol.. territories !!!
time to grow up and have one federal system that runs for at least 4 years .
