COP have zero say they have to defend their paperwork.
When you look at this from the outside it appears all the cracks are with COP and WPL.
COP issue a PE notice....WPL say PE rights don't exist..... COP SEC filing shows COP as selling the 35% WI....then changed to sold COP BV.
Coleman's comments about PE rights not existing because we are buying the company....fly's in the face of the change of control provisions and if its the 1995 version of the AIPN. see below article 12.
