This is the heart of the dispute.
Far say COP never provided enough info to make an informed decision as to exercise their Pre-emptive rights.
Far never exercised their P.E rights.
Far say the P.E clock hasn't started yet, until COP provide proper JOA specific information about sale so Far can decide wether to exercise it's PE rights.
COP say get stuffed, we're selling 100% of the shares in the Company that holds our Senegal interests.
A can of "legal beagle" worms tied to the Senegal oil code,the PSC contact,Government approval, financial & technical capability,and the JOA.
