I really have no idea, just spitballing.

In my mind if we had to go to another bidder, although we might have the deal framed, the bidder might want to do their own due diligence.

As I'd assume they would have their own set of parameters to meet. The Preferred Bidders DD would be confidential, so I imagine a restarting of the process, not an ideal situation.

But as I said, I have no idea.
