" a low offer" I would have thought the communication to shareholders would have stated they didn't accept the offer as high enough value, indeed if it was just price it could have become public to help extract a higher value and a public fight re value. I don't think a LOI means you can't tell shareholders.

I'd be asking why if a low ball they stalled OEM chats. it seems it was not just ignored as not high enough, but actively contemplated which to me seems like the "bidder" withdrew. IMO ramble...
