If this helps (and based on memory (since I have been following this company since float)).

There is no mining engineer on the Board.

The mining engineer that the company announced is the employed Maxwell's mine manager, and not a Director. I think he was employed late in 2007, and replaced the previous Mine manager who died suddenly. He had been with the previous operator of the Maxwells mine.

The M.D. is the local Bendigo Geologist, John Cahill, well repsected and very conservative by all accounts.
