Sunnya Acquisition has doubled in value
Green Seas acquisition has seen 30% + increase in sales FY19
My guestimate is they will contribute $8-$10M EBITDA FY20 as it stand now
Carrying value of these two acquisitions alone was $26M and we control both
No Appendix 3B lodged this quarter - suggests cashflow will be good
Reading between the lines its a buy at these prices. It is still a punt but @ $40M market cap its a educated punt.
