They already own 20% of QGC's acreage, with option to increase to 30%. As well they own about 10% of QGC itself.
But AGK may be able to block any move as they own about 25% (not sure of exact figure after BG issue) of QGC.
I hope it doesn't get taken out, because it has been one of the best growth stories of late, and there is still much to go!
