Again, even if we don't hear anything by the 91st day, it is probably a positive thing. And the couple of weeks extra that some has mentioned, is more to do with, the company won't announce it until they have received the official papers from the Mali government, and the official papers could take some extra time, but it doesn't mean the permit isn't approved on the 90th/91st day.
