Agree with both of the above.
Based on the same asset backing it doesn’t matter how many shares you have. It’s the percentage of your holding relative the the value of the company that counts.
The main concern with consolidations is that there is a history of shares having greater room to fall in value.
In the tie up of Indus/ New Era one needs to look at the new asset backing after the credit raise and divide that by the amount of shares.
Complete that calculation and add in the prospects and management and even the most dour of posters here should be somewhat happy with what is being presented.
