Look at it this way. FMG. Making truckloads of cash, paying a huge yield. Fair value according to the market today is $8.70 per share. Twiggy has 30% of the register, same as lauder here. If twiggy offered his entire 30% to a group of instos off market at $7, would they take it?. Hell yeah. Why?. ..dividends, lend out stock to short, instant gains, hedge, all sorts of reasons why. Lauder is not here to flip after escrow. Theres a much bigger game hes playing. Just hope its in our interests.
