If you were buying the dips in GXY then you would have been buying almost every day for 2 years straight.

And let's get one thing out of the way, GXY is no CBA and this ain't no GFC. Don't expect the government to come in and guarantee a minimum price for lithium or guarantee loans for lithium companies.

I've heard this so much now, this is just a start, but just think about the EV demand blah blah blah. Fact is it's all just forecasts and no one knows what the uptake will be or it's speed, least of all lithium experts on HC. Even if all the forecasts are correct it still does not guarantee every lithium company will do well or survive.
