The IIR report did not include the 3 BOAs as they dropped into play after the report was released.
The IIR also did not include the Working Capital Facility with the WOGEN BOA.
The IIR report also did not include the Strategic Placement done by Top 40 Network and the Long Lead Items being ordered to save construction time, RAP payments covered off and Early Mobilisation on site in Tanzania.
The IIR report also does not cover any upside data ; ))
