4c floor

Since the company update 12.5 mil shares have been absorbed at 4 cents by some happy camper.
The organised selling seems to have stopped and it is slowly starting to lift from the 4c floor which the order for 3 mill shares has locked in.
As I haven't followed the company closely over the last few months I'm just wondering what could be behind the activity.
I'm also still bewildered by the recent spike to 7.5c. Hope it wasn't the good old dead cat bouncing...should be some sort of life left in it since it has $16 mill in petty cash.
