In all fairness the price hit 3c extremely briefly and did not give a long window for exit at that mark, beside holding everyone to their previous posts/sentiments/contradictions/other stocks held etc. it would be wonderful to see some meaningful discussion and evidence provided on the 'NOR uprising'.
It would at least be worth waiting until after the EOFY to see if volume remains high as it's very easy to speculate on any stock at the moment due to volume, somewhat voiding speculation based on this unless it carries over into July.
