re the Canadians-could be looking at the TCL pool of expertise and technology and the growth potential for toll roads in the USA and Canada? This is a good sort of investment for super funds at the moment with financing affordable and in place. Very defensive. Tax adavantages. Longer term investment. The main objective for such funds now is to wather the storm and come out the other end afloat. Looks like TCL is over the finish line in that aspect, even if the divvies are cut somewhat.
