Can be pretty sure the people that matter know full well already. Pharma analysts will have BOT news pop up on their Bloomberg terminals seconds after any results or news comes out. As the news filters out to the retail market there will be flutters in the SP as they draw their TA lines on the graph. If you want to try to divine possible entries by any Big Boys then just watch the volumes. A big chunk of the ~50M shares traded last Thursday was probably them already.
