    TEX is coming out of a multi month bottom / consolidation phase touching 11-12. At these levels this is a very cheap speculation with a market cap of $13.5 million (pre rights issue / undiluted) and the smell of oil. Oppies have lots of life and are very cheap under 5 cents. Technicals are pointing to much higher prices IF volumes keep up.
