Frontier Resources Limited – Sell Down by Forise Investment SydneyFrontier Resources Limited (Frontier or the Company) announces that it has been informed that Forise Investment Sydney Pty Ltd (ACN 6,09 955 964) (Forise) has today sold 309,294,903 shares in the Company. The sales were effected as a block trade to several new shareholders. The sale represents approximately 92% of Forise’s total shareholding in Frontier and represents approximately 63.24% of Frontier’s total shares on issue.
