I agree with you.

It remind me of one company XYZ case that took over a bauxite company some years ago. When a representing law/broking firm for XYZ did action to carry out successful t/o by numbers, it destroyed existing shareholders wealth completely and throughly by bombardment of SP manipulation activities in order to accumulate at the lowest possible cost at the expenses of shareholders bloodbath.

At the time I felt I saw the worst, the ugliest, the dirtest, the trickiest and one of most vicious evil human activities in the market, then.

In light of that case, I am not quite sure what is going on in our company.... On the other hand, for true believers, regardless of turned to be right or wrong, it may be a golden opportunity to buy company stocks more at the lowest SP. This phenomena also reminds me of Rothschild's saying that 'the time to buy(stocks) is when there's blood in the streets.'
