Oil sector went out of favour when oil dropped.
Likely to be tax loss selling as price lower than 30/6/18.
Tax loss selling finished now.
Q4 report (July) should highlight debt reduction continues at a good pace, and a clear path to being debt free.
Hopefully, new Minister well resolve Stanley issue sooner than later.
And Repsol may find a buyer.
