I dont think it has been manipulated (well no more than any other stock on the asx) they just havent delivered on their promises and the stock is illiquid. I have a reasonably large holding 3M plus shares and when selling I unfortunately, drag down the stock price as well.

both companies will want more than one director each and at $10 million market cap the INP is very cheap. I think they underestimated the cost to sort out the digital side. hayatt understand this as they are investors in "The Entertainer" in the UAE when they transitioned to digital.

I think Suzerian and Hayaat will team up and take out the company around 8c-10c p/s in the next few months.

Until this happens I think fair value is around the mid 6c per share so im holding and possibly topping up as well.
