    Thanks for your time in replying,
    MSB has done and are doing things that have never been done before . They have been very successful at it too.
    For a shorter to be locked out of a capital raise would be unusual. However when you are looking at a company that is very likely to be cash positive with in a year and possibly returning substantial amounts to share holders.with in say 3 years I think investors are far more likely to say yes please . You your self have been rather vocal on this subject and in truth it is the most non dilutionary form of capital raising out there.

    I wonder what value the market would give MSB if we had a extra 1 or 2 hundred million in the bank. I wouldn't be surprised to see a 2 fold increase in our market cap. Shorters may be capable of shifting the SP down a few cents however not $1- 2 of course there loss would be compounded by the increase in the new register by about 20% and then add any options that the lender of the shares would be entitled to. Options would be the salt on the wound for shorters and the cream on the cake for holders.

    Make no mistake, SI holds the Joker.
