Have been advised by a community leader that Social and Labour Plans ( Refer NKP Corporate Internet Site) have ceased. Road construction has come to a sudden halt. The Community is not happy.
Something is going on at NKP mine sites. Is Zijin about to pull the plug? or Has the DMR been exerting pressure on Zijin due to their failure to secure 100% of NKP?
Maybe once Dissenting Shareholders are adequately compensated that mine development can commence and the Community can enjoy the benefits?
Many questions to be answered.
Zijin's corporate image has suffered due to their stance.
