Ann: Soar Labs settlement update, page-9

As of today they have 186 Days to remove the suspension or it's auto delisted on 1st Jan 2020 - and that's assuming they pay their listing fees ($25k +GST) Which I believe is due on 31 July (end of next month).

I think there is some grace period until October or November until they are actually removed from the ASX, but may be wrong.

I think after the end of next month (fees paid or not) we'll know if they will (or at least intend to) relist... or just give up.

My money is, quite literally, on the latter.
