AUSBIL are just another name on the register, just the same as shorting is something that can happen.
What I am more concerned about is the way the company has managed it's communications and their lack of ability to do the job that on a basic and simple view just needs to be done.
You don't tell people that shipping will be A OK and even 2 weeks out from the likelihood that it won't occur not tell anyone.
From what I understand Global Echo would never have been able to carry more than a few thousand tonnes more than the 15,000 booked last weekend.
